Your donations help with the federal and state startup costs, initial and ongoing legal fees of creating a
501(c)(3) entity. In addition to the legal fees associated with running the nonprofit, media used on the website
must be licensed with the publishers to create the streaming audio on the website. Recordings of past
concerts are being remastered from the original analog and early digital recordings into a format that can
be preserved by the Society. Your financial support helps pay for the website creation, monthly hosting and
maintenance, and future additions and improvements. It is hoped that donations raised will also provide for
educational projects and support in Mr. Green’s name just as the Grainger Society provided assistance with
his first CDs.
A donation of as little as $25 provides you an annual membership and will keep you apprised of new music
streams, media, photos, comments and more. We are hopeful that anyone who enjoys all the website provides
joins at the member level. Your help with fundraising for the Society could also include spreading the word
with your contacts, securing donations from band clubs and corporate sponsorships.
